The queue length and the load rate should be monitored to overcome problem of router congestion due increase in network utilization achieve a high-speed transmission. Previous active management methods manage queued packets buffer maintain high performance. However, these depend on monitoring indicators that do not cover all signs, leading packet loss delay. Accordingly, signs wrapped into managed by an algorithm randomly drops avoid global synchronization, loss, In this paper, fuzzy comprehensive random early detection (FCRED) is proposed deal with gap control at buffer. FCRED built using three indicators, which monitor router's arrival, departure, length. inference process developed calculate dropping probability (Dp). Simulation results show improves under various statuses compared RED, BLUE, ERED. terms achieves zero congested status. For dropping, optimal 0.47 arrival 0.95. throughput delay, best results. method reduces from 0.28 0.21, 25% reduction performance methods. Compared recent fuzzy-based methods, comparable outperforms them more such case necessary dropping.
